Business Development Executive - Lenexa, Kansas

DESCRIPTION:

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/OUTSIDE SALES ROLE WITH BASE + COMMISSION

Our client is looking for a top B2B outside salesperson calling on C-level who is an experienced and accomplished hunter in the Kansas City territory selling a business service

  • A pro at cold calling.

 

  • Heavy-duty prospecting doesn't intimidate this pro.

 

  • Because this is a 100% prospecting position, must be adept at finding own clients and getting to the top to make sales presentation to CEO level of local small and mid-size businesses.

 

  • This position requires a true "hunter" and someone who can develop the customer, make the sale and move on to the next one. These clients are turned over to a service coordinator after the sale. 

 

  • Must be comfortable dealing with "C" level executives, excellent communication skills and the ability to do research on potential prospects and stay on top of it. Must have proven success in sales and driven to succeed.

 

  • Experience selling a service, or a “concept” type of consultative sale to business leaders. 

 

You must truly love the prospecting and business development process. This is NOT a customer service or "account development" position.

This position offers a base and very lucrative and fair commission structure.
