Responsibilities:
  • Plans, develops and implements new and revised compensation programs for all levels:
  • Executive, Non-Exempt, Commissions and Bonuses. 
  • Manage the administration of direct compensation for all business units.
  • Prepare executive presentations for the management team.
  • Analyze the company incentive plans.
  • Establish guidelines for base pay structure analysis.
Education:
  • 8+ years of compensation, policies and practices experience required.
  • 2 years of management experience required.
  • Certifications: CCP, PHR and SPHR preferred.
  • HRIS system.
Skills:
  • Microsoft Office Products.
  • Oracle
  • Analytical
  • Research
