Our client, a growing law firm in St. Louis, has engaged us in their search for an experienced Health Care Regulatory Attorney.
The Attorney will represent physicians, groups, and other providers; hospitals, other facilities, and systems; and other companies within the health care industry in a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters such as:
* Rules and regulations
* Administrative hearings
* Peer reviews
* Board of Healing Arts matters (e.g., licensure, privileges)
* Medicare and Medicaid fraud and reimbursement issues and appeals
* Certificates of need

Seeking candidates with 5-10-15+ years of experience representing health care clients in regulatory, transactional, and related matters. JD and bar admission required. EOE
