The Firm represents major companies in a wide range of sophisticated IP litigation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience litigating cases in the Electrical Engineering and/or Biomedical areas.

Targeting candidates with 4-7+ years of intellectual property litigation experience, preferably including Electrical Engineering and/or Biomedical Engineering cases. B.S. Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering (or similar degree) required. USPTO admission strongly preferred. JD and bar admission required. EOE
