Office Manager/HR
5+ years of Office Management/HR experience required.

Office Management Functions:
  • Manage a staff of 6 support staff 
  • Oversee office operations/facilities management
  • Oversee office equipment/supply orders
  • Budget and expense management
HR Functions:
  • Recruitment
  • On-boarding
  • Policy development
  • Assist in processing payroll and tracking PTO
  • Attend management and staff meetings
  • Training and Performance management 
  • Implement new policies and procedures
Education and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • SHRM certificate is preferred
  • Supervision required
  • HR Experience required
  • Communication both verbally and written
  • Meet deadlines
  • Work in a fast pace environment
  • Able to prioritize and multi task
  • Maintain confidential information
