Litigation Paralegal
Support four attorneys for a very solid fast pace law firm.
5 + years of Litigation experience.
Draft and file pleadings: Petitions, Affidavits etc.
Prepare discovery responses.
Prepare document productions.
Prepare exhibits for depositions, hearings and motions.
Must have great attention to detail, be very organized, able to prioritize and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Must possess:
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Adobe and Westlaw is preferred but not required.
