ACCOUNTANT / ANALYST
* Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
* 7+ years of Accounting experience
* Experience with cost accounting in the manufacturing industry is a plus
* Ideal candidate can manage monthly close, variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, and financial and inventory reporting
* Excels in a high energy, start up environment
* Excellent communication skills and able to develop strong working relationships at all levels
* Detailed professional with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
