- Draft letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents
- Maintain calendar and schedule meetings and both Domestic and International travel
- Attend meetings - record minutes and note taking
- Manage internal and external meetings, conferences, and events
- Reconcile expense reports
- Answer and filter phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment
