Currently we are searching for Benefits Specialist in the Overland Park, KS area.
Be responsible for administration of benefits programs for 600 + employees in several states.
Arrange employee benefit meetings.
Advise and recommend employee benefit programs.
Conduct benefit orientations.
Monitor compliance of all programs.
Maintain Human Resource logs.
Maintain ACA administration and reporting.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2 years + in HR with emphasis on employee benefits.
Ability to work with all levels.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
ADP experience is a big plus.
