The Controller is responsible for the performance and/or direct supervision of all accounting and finance functions. Primary responsibilities include supervision of the monthly close process, billings to clients for services provided, collection of accounts receivable, supervising accounts payable, monthly reporting for the Management Team (CEO) and preparation of the annual budget and mid-year forecasts. The Controller will also be part of a team that creates and implements policies and procedures to identify, resolve and document accounting issues in addition to creating procedures to make the close and reporting processes more efficient and accurate.

Job duties include:
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
Prepare financial analysis reports for management.
Responsible for all cash management, budgeting, and financial reports.
Manage all facets of the accounting department including the Business Office, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
Ensure cash flow is compatible with company operations, by overseeing the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organization.
Overseeing payroll, doing some day-to-day AP/AR.
Handling some follow up on insurance claims.
Involved in some of the overall company management.
Prepare state use tax reports.
Responsible for the accuracy of the general ledger and the timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Provide meaningful financial data/reporting to management.

Education/Work Experience Requirements and Desired Skills:
BS in Accounting.
Hands on, working very closely with the owners, CEO.
100% in office
Vaccination not required.
Company is located down town.
