Seeking a seasoned Corporate / Transactional Lateral Attorney with a proven track record of providing excellent client services, and of building, maintaining, and growing client relationships. The ideal Corporate / Transactional Lateral Attorney candidate will bring some clients / business with him/her into the Firm and would be amenable to taking on matters originated by other attorneys within the Firm.
