Seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join a growing technology company as In House Corporate Legal Counsel. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the Corporate Legal Counsel will draft and negotiate mission-critical transactions and commercial agreements and provide advice and counsel to the business.
