Seeking an experienced attorney for this highly visible “In House Transactional Generalist” role at one of Kansas City’s most interesting companies - a trailblazer in a growing industry. The Corporate Counsel will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on a variety of general corporate, contracts / agreements, compliance, risk management, litigation/case strategy, and other matters.
