100% Remote - can work within any city.
Up to an Annual 4% Bonus of Salary based on company and individual performance
- Recruit on an average of 10-20 openings per month that is direct hire and 30-50 contract opportunities.
- Recruiting for both US and International (8countries) and both Permanent and Contract positions (contract positions are repetitive openings).
- Want someone out of Staffing or Corporate recruiting.
3+ years of experience required.
Experience in recruiting any of the following;
Technical, Engineering or Healthcare Recruiting.
- Will screen and refer qualified applicants to the hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews.
- Manage your own workload.
- Maintain global applicant tracking system.
- Build relationships.
- Attend department meetings.
- Maintain recruiting records.
- Sense of Urgency
- Ability to handle fast pace and heavy volume
- Able to Recognize quality of candidate
- Meet Deadlines
- Pleasant Personality
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Self disciplined and self motivated
- BS/BA in related engineering, technical, business or HR
- 5 years of relevant work experience
