DESCRIPTION:
Customer Service Rep
- Answer customer inquiries, enter and successfully processing orders (50-100 daily
- Research customer problem
- Assigned accounts with millions of dollars of sales exposure
- Maintain relationships with both internal and external customers
- Liaison between customer service and other departments
- Provide product pricing and product research
- Review open orders weekly with continual follow-up with internal and external customers
- Expedite orders as required by customers
Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task using sound decision-making and judgment
- Able to handle difficult situations and critical issues with little or no assistance
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy of data entry
- Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills a must
