Responsibilities:
- Manage, train and develop Customer Service Reps
- Monitor their overall performance
- Maintain the department relationships with both internal and external customers
- Resolve customer problems
Skills:
- 5+ years' experience in Customer Service
- 1+ years' experience as a supervisor
- Distribution experience is required
- Team Oriented
- Strong Leader
- AS400 is a plus
