Spencer Reed Healthcare is reviewing resumes of Director of Nursing (DON) interested in a new assisted living opportunity. We're looking for DON's that has a true passion for health and taking care of the patient, along with leading, coaching and developing other nurses.
Our client/the organization is currently in full growth and expansion mode and making an impact in our community every day. This is an exclusive and confidential search. Spencer Reed Group is strictly doing the prescreening initially to make sure all candidates are qualified and interested in being considered.

The Successful Candidate For This Position Will Have
- Registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.
- Proven experience in an assisted living environment with at least one year of successful experience as a Director of Nursing (DON).
- Excellent knowledge of federal and state survey process.
- Excellent work history in the long-term care industry.
- Commitment to team-oriented outcomes and quality care.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
