The Elder Law Counsel will represent clients in Elder Law / Medicaid Planning and other related matters, working in collaboration with this highly-regarded law firm's well-established Estate Planning practice.
Unique opportunity to ‘start up’ the Elder Law / Medicaid Planning practice at a thriving law firm with an enviable base of loyal clients. An established practice would be ideal; however, a large book of business is not mandatory.

Targeting seasoned candidates with 5-10-15+ years of experience, including significant experience in the elder law arena. JD and bar admission required. EOE
