Executive Family Nurse Practitioner

• Looking for a family nurse practitioner to provide tele-health focused care for a startup technology centric organization.
• You will develop treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases, educate patients, perform diagnostic tests and manage overall patient care.
• Building and training a team of family focused nurse practitioners in multiple geographic locations.
• You will report directly to our Chief of Medicine.
