HRIS Analyst

Medium sized company in Johnson County

Day to Day duties include:

  • Benefits plan setup
  • Configure and test online benefit enrollment
  • Contact person for vendors
  • Ability to analyze data from the HRIS system and extract and analyze
  • Ability to work with the company's internal departments over software issues
  • Ability to answer questions related to the HRIS system
  • Ability to answer questions and communicate benefits clearly
  • Setup new clients in the HRIS system
  • Analysis of benefits to recommend best system for the client
  • Testing of updates to the HRIS system
  • Troubleshoot issues with the HRIS system to solve quickly
  • Ability to express issues and suggest technical resolutions to all departments and clients
  • ACA reports
  • EEO-1 reporting


Needs someone who is:

  • Experienced with both HRIS system administration
  • Benefits background very helpful
  • Excellent communicator
  • Can handle tough conversations
  • Detail oriented
