DESCRIPTION:
HRIS Analyst
Medium sized company in Johnson County
Day to Day duties include:
- Benefits plan setup
- Configure and test online benefit enrollment
- Contact person for vendors
- Ability to analyze data from the HRIS system and extract and analyze
- Ability to work with the company's internal departments over software issues
- Ability to answer questions related to the HRIS system
- Ability to answer questions and communicate benefits clearly
- Setup new clients in the HRIS system
- Analysis of benefits to recommend best system for the client
- Testing of updates to the HRIS system
- Troubleshoot issues with the HRIS system to solve quickly
- Ability to express issues and suggest technical resolutions to all departments and clients
- ACA reports
- EEO-1 reporting
Needs someone who is:
- Experienced with both HRIS system administration
- Benefits background very helpful
- Excellent communicator
- Can handle tough conversations
- Detail oriented
