Operations Supervisor

Work for a fast-growing industry and a stable company!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Will manage 3 Operations Leads and 40 Warehouse Technicians
• Oversee production,  processes, and internal performance metrics
• Provide training, coaching, and development plans for personnel
• Address and resolve personnel issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ Years of Operations Supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree, preferable in business or operations 
• Time Management
• Proficient with MS Office
• Strong organizational skills
• Great attention to detail
• Problem solving ability
