Purchasing/Operations Coordinator Job Duties:
- Identifies project specific requirements through customer communication
- Communicates with managers of each department and production staff to ensure specifications and lead times are met
- Maintains constant communication with customers
- Sustains excellent service by instituting and implementing organization standards
- Prepares reports by collecting and summarizing analytical data
- Purchasing a must and international experience a plus
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: High school diploma and/or college degree, Microsoft Office, quality focus, reporting skills, process improvement, thrive for efficiency, attention to detail, organizational skills, problem solving.
