Purchasing/ Operations Coordinator

Operations Coordinator Job Purpose: Accomplishes company objectives by ensuring a smooth fulfillment of orders by acting as a liaison between company and the customer. Some knowledge of purchasing a must and international a plus..

Purchasing/Operations Coordinator Job Duties:

  • Identifies project specific requirements through customer communication
  • Communicates with managers of each department and production staff to ensure specifications and lead times are met
  • Maintains constant communication with customers
  • Sustains excellent service by instituting and implementing organization standards
  • Prepares reports by collecting and summarizing analytical data
  • Purchasing a must and international experience a plus

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: High school diploma and/or college degree, Microsoft Office, quality focus, reporting skills, process improvement, thrive for efficiency, attention to detail, organizational skills, problem solving.
