Front Desk Responsibilities:
- Serve as "front line" of customer service.
- Greet walk ins: visitors and vendors.
- High volume of calls at the beginning of the week.
- Answer phones promptly and assist customers.
- Assist with invoices for the A/P team.
- Respectful interaction with the company employees and visitors.
- Assist with projects.
- Enter data on Excel.
- 2+ Years of Receptionist experience
- Team Player
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Word and Excel
- Excellent time management
