DESCRIPTION:
Residential Sales Associate
- Present Client to prospective customers that differentiates us from the competition.
- Service all prospective customers with objective of meeting their painting needs & building customers for life.
- Develop a strong relationship with Client production and office staff to ensure expectations on written proposal are executed.
Sales & Marketing:
- Complete calls to prospective customers to provide an estimate & to set expectations.
- Meet with customer in person per the sales process.
- Send "Thank you for the estimate" email after the estimate is completed.
- Follow up with prospective customer as appropriate.
- Ensure proposals are signed by the customers after the job is booked.
- Minimum 2 nights per week, 2 Saturdays per month to run estimates.
- Ensure that all field marketing programs are being executed.
- Ask all customers for referrals.
- Wear Client shirts in field.
- Drive Client vehicle in field.
Production:
- Ensure that written proposals are accurate, specific and clearly define details of project.
- Communicate to the office the scheduling needs and colors for the customer.
- Communicate to the customer the name of the person who will contact them next.
- Do in-person hand offs with crew and customer to ensure expectations and scope are clear.
- Contact all customers after completed jobs to ensure customer was satisfied with the work.
Compensation:
- 1st Year Total Compensation estimate - $50,000 to $60,000
o Salary - $40,000
o Commission – Uncapped, 1
st year estimate - $20,000 to $25,000
- 2nd Year Total Compensation estimate - $80,000+
