Sales Manager
Manufacturing or Distribution experience is a big plus.
As a Sales Manager, this position will manage 10 inside sales representatives.
Capable of driving sales and profits and develop their marketing strategies.
Interact with the marketing, advertising, website teams to develop various advertisements, sales materials, and trade show plans.
Sales Manager is responsible in developing and motivating the sales teams in growing existing accounts and developing new business.
Training, coaching and mentoring your staff.
Develop marketing strategies and promote various products in various marketing materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4-6 years of Management in a sales environment.
- Proven track record of managing and selling.
- Web-Site Marketing background a plus.
- Able to multi-task projects and possess a general knowledge of business principles.
- Great problem - solving skills.
