Our client, one of Kansas City’s premier litigation practices, has engaged us in their search for a Senior Litigation Counsel. This is a new position created as a result of the Firm’s tremendous growth.
The Senior Litigation Counsel will handle a wide range of matters with a particular focus in Professional Malpractice (Accounting, Legal, Engineers, Architects, Design Professionals, Nursing Homes); Trucking & Transportation; and Construction, and will have a great deal of autonomy in handling cases.

Targeting candidates with 7-10-15+ years of litigation experience, including substantial experience handing complex depositions of experts, plaintiffs, and others. Must have the ability to pick up a file and quickly delve into the details and issues of the case. JD and bar admission required.
