DESCRIPTION:
Staff Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional accounting services which involve the application of established, accounting principles, theories, and concepts.
• Maintain confidential accounting records of various assigned entities on a daily basis and prepare monthly or quarterly financial statements.
• Assist with operational duties within the accounting department

Education and Skills:

• BS in Business with a Major in Accounting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sage Software, and Yardi System.
• Must be able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Detect and reconcile mistakes.
• Adapt to a fast pace environment.
