DESCRIPTION:
Employee-focused company with work-life-balance environment has a direct hire / perm Business Systems Analyst position (salary range $50K-$60K).
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
The Business Systems Analyst will:
• Primarily maintain, configure, and monitor business software. Configure modules for data collection within the system, however, programming skills are not necessary.
• Rely on their analytical skills to resolve software processing issues. Analytical thinker who is able to collect data from various sources, create reports, analyze data, interpret results and based on results make needed changes to the systems.
• Perform testing on new releases and patches as well as assess impact to system functionality.
• General system maintenance and security administration.
Experience and Expertise:
1. 3+ years of experience in systems analysis.
2. Strong understanding of Payroll, HR, and benefits processes and data, including eligibility and enrollment rules, and benefit procedures in order to ensure correct implementation.
3. Strong understanding of a HR Management System (HRMS or Lawson or ADP EV2 or PeopleSoft, etc.) database design, structure, functions, processes, and experience with databases tools.
4. Understanding of system administration, maintenance and security.
