DESCRIPTION:
Account Coordinator/Call Center Department
Remote but needs to flexible for when they return to the office
In Office/Mask Required
Non-Vaccinated - will be tested weekly
Company is growing and needs to hire 3 people!
3 Openings:
1 @ 8-5 M/F
2 @ 9-6 M/F
2 Hours of Mandatory OT every day until further notice
Pays time and half
RESPONSILBILITIES:
- Call Center experience required
- Receive an average of 35 Inbound calls daily
- Entering client information
- Maintain daily electronic phone log
- Research and resolve order related issues
- Handle inquiries via phone and emails and respond to client inquiries and requests
- Assist clients with tracking and provide results.
- Interact with other departments.
SKILLS:
- Great Interpersonal skills
- Communication both verbal and written
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Detail Oriented
