Company is growing and is looking to add to the Accounting Team.
As the Accounting Manager, you will be managing processes not employees.
Accounting Department consist of:
CFO
Controller
Accounting Manager - Add On
2 - Accounting Clerks
Report to the CFO:
This is a Hands on position.
Operate in a fast pace environment and oversee the day to day accounting and reporting processes, and effectively communicate with team members.
- Strong understanding and experience performing and/or reviewing general ledger, period-end close, consolidated reporting, intercompany transactions, and international operations.
- Perform and oversee period-end procedures and deliverable.
- Review and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Assist in preparation of cash flow forecasts and other finance related items.
- Assemble various accounting policies, procedures, and analyses.
- Utilize NetSuite and Excel
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- CPA highly preferred
- 5+ years of Accounting
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
