* Bachelors in Accounting
* Licensed CPA or Eligible to sit for CPA exam
* 1-2+ years of public accounting experience with an Audit emphasis
* Understanding of financial statements and GAAP standards
* Commitment to client relationships
* Excellent organization and communication skills
* Proficient MS experience, especially Excel
* Ability to review and audit documents effectively and efficiently
