The Ideal Candidate Must Possess:
- 3 or more years creating take offs from plans
- Ability to read plans and create proposals
- Ability to manage their own schedules
- Relationship building skills
- Results Oriented
- Bilingual a Plus
What You'll Do:
- Prepare competitive, accurate bids for general contractors
- Visit job sites and learn how to measure commercial buildings
- Develop proposals that win jobs and drive revenue
- Collaborate with sales, field, and production teams
- Play a key role in turning blueprints into building
- Experience working with General Contractors is a "must"
