The primary duties of this role are to recruit for several property management roles, including maintenance, groundskeeping, property management and leasing agents, as well as management positions.
Candidate should be highly motivated and comfortable with working with individuals at all company levels
•Experience with property management or real estate helpful but not required
•Experience with recruiting or staffing industry
•Ability to work in fast pace and work cooperatively with others
•Ability to learn the industry and its requirements quickly
•Good communication with management on a variety of positions
•Prescreening of candidates and ability to quickly qualify applicants for a wide variety of positions.
•Setting up interviews and coordinating applicant and management schedules to arrange for interviews.
•Assisting HR team in other onboarding and administrative tasks, as needed.
• Excellent and effective communication skills
• High energy and passion for recruiting
•Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
•Flexible and able to function through change
•Ability to work independently, under minimal supervision and with a team
- Some staffing, recruiting or HR coordination skills required
- Strong interpersonal skills, including building relationships with senior leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
