DESCRIPTION:
FIELD SUPERVISOR
This position is responsible for managing the crews as well as being primary point of contact for the customers. This position will directly manage 10 to 15 crew members.
Responsibilities:
- Daily interaction with customers and crews
- Hiring, training and discipline of field personnel
- Safety Program
- Site Marketing - appropriate advertising is displayed on the job site.
- Quality Control on jobs
- Production plan and monitor progress on all commercial jobs
- Ensure personnel meets the company's customer service standards
- Ensure all paperwork is completed properly
Qualifications:
- 2 years supervision
- Bilingual
- Valid driver's license
- Good with Technology
- Customer Service minded
- Proven ability to get things done
- Honesty
- Team Player
