Human Resources related duties:
- Employee relations - hiring, counseling, termination, etc..
- Recruiting and interviewing
- Orientation, employee training
- Payroll processing
- Benefit administration, employment law compliance
SKILLS:
- 3-5 years as an HR Generalist
- Tech savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and others
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Problem solver
- Excellent Relationship management skills
- Customer service
