Responsibilities:

1. Will manage 1 person/HR Generalist and report to the VP of Corporate HR.
2. Collaborate with business partners.
3. Counsel employees on conflict resolution.
4. Manage Intern programs, intern staffing needs, and campus recruiting.
5. Partner with Legal as needed.
6. Lead safety training, aptitude exams and other programs.

Education:

• BA/BS degree from a four year accredited university.
• Experience in management
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
