DESCRIPTION:
This position will utilize underwriting authority to write and retain accounts on companies’ personal lines products, coverage and program guidelines.
*Build position relationships with all customers
*Underwrite new and renewal Personal Lines business
*Provide expertise to company agents and staff including training
*Monitor and keep up to date the guidelines and manuals for use by agents and company underwriters
*Special projects as directed
Prefer bachelor’s degree but commensurate with experience. Excellent communication skills and experience in Personal Lines Insurance and prefer some Farm Insurance experience
