Property Accountant
Our client is partnering with sell known a private equity investor in the development of currently six luxury high rise multi-family apartments. None of the apartments are in KC. These properties are best in class developments getting 15/20% more revenue. They have all their financing in place with a pipeline of $900million in projects.
This position will do all the accounting for all the properties. Each property will have its own set of books. So, this job will be real hands on. Lots of transactions, payables, receivables and the like. Will do month end, quarter end, and annual close outs including all the accruals. The person will also prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets and other reports necessary for lenders and investors.
Degree preferred but I will pitch someone with a lot of property accounting and no degree
Will use QuickBooks and eventually a property management software package.
