Our client, a nationally recognized law firm with a strong reputation for aggressive, client-focused legal representation, is seeking an accomplished Senior Personal Injury Defense Lawyer. With decades of experience in high-stakes civil litigation, the Firm is expanding its team and seeking a seasoned trial attorney with a proven track record. EOE

Responsibilities:

Lead the defense in complex personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, and product liability.
Represent clients in all phases of litigation including depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
Develop case strategy in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
Maintain strong communication with clients, insurers, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

JD from an accredited law school and active license in MO and KS.
Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience including complex personal injury litigation.
Strong trial and deposition experience required.
Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple high-level cases independently.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
