Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager

RESPONSILBILITIES:

• Manage a HR Coordinator
• Lead talent acquisition across the company
• Build recruiting strategies
• Drive execution to meet annual hiring goals
• Ability to source corporate searches both exempt and non exempt quickly
• Work with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand needs in order to identify the right talent.
• Develop pipeline of candidates 
• Proactively  source quality candidates through development of new and existing sourcing options: social media, networks, job fairs, and job boards
• Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle

SKILLS:

• 5 + years of recruiting in a fast paced environment
• Bachelor's degree
• Tech savvy
• Sense of urgency
• Organized and follow up
