DESCRIPTION:
Associate Superintendent
Local Commercial General Contractor recognized as a top company in the Kansas / Missouri area is looking to a hire entry-level Superintendent to help manage our commercial construction projects and grow within our company. This is a local full-time position - no overnight travel and not for just a single project.
Responsible for field construction management in a commercial construction environment - monitoring and maintaining quality, schedules, logistics and budget.
Minimum Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in construction management & 2 years field supervision experience in commercial construction OR 5 years commercial construction work experience with 2 years field supervisor experience.
-Knowledge of project management, scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
-Able to read and understand plans, specifications, drawings and project schedules.
-Has OSHA 10 or able to acquire within 30 days of employment.
