Work for a solid global law firm.
- Support 10 corporate attorneys, but also support some of the real estate attorneys,
- Be part of a large paralegal department that also supports attorneys throughout the US.
- Ability to make their hours for billing and bonus purposes.
- Complex mergers & acquisitions.
- BLUE SKY Filing or SECURITY FORM D experience is a big plus.
