DESCRIPTION:
Payroll Administrator
Work for a solid company in the construction industry.
Construction experience along with union payroll is a plus but not required.
- Run weekly payroll both direct deposit and cutting some checks.
- Balance manual check batches weekly.
- Update employee direct deposit and tax information.
- Process payroll adjustments and corrections.
- Maintain union rates.
- Balance the union accrual to the general ledger.
SKILLS:
- Great attention to detail

- Excel
- Union is a plus but not required
