Corporate Recruiter reports directly to the HR Director.
RESPONSILBILITIES:
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates to fill organizational roles.
- Assist with implementation and administration of recruitment programs which include: listing job postings on job boards, corporate career web sites, and other recruiting outlets; researching new technologies related to active recruitment; network and develop strong working relationships within the community; and work closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of the recruiting process.
- Assist with the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs - carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), onboarding, training/development, and benefits.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of the human resources department.
SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR/related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 = years of Recruiting or Generalist experience.
- Proficient in using various search tools (Indeed, Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn.
- Positive, energetic attitude.
