Engineer or Project Manager
Report to the Director of Engineering
Responsibilities:
• Interface and coordinate with internal departments.
• Ensure that all submittals meet the requirements of contract documents.
• Verify and document all vendor quotes and product requirements.
• Follow standard processes in performing work.
• Interpret plans, specifications, addendums, and any other project changes.
• Provide technical support to internal and external customers to address issues such as application, instructions, document conflicts, incorrectly specified or
supplied hardware.
• Engineers should be able to perform their jobs with accuracy and timeliness
while exhibiting a great degree of flexibility.
• Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Resourceful and self-motivated in a remote environment.
Qualifications:
• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of project detailing, including material pricing.
• 5+ years of commercial door, frame, and hardware experience.
• Division 28 experience desired.
