Are you passionate about helping clients protect their legacies and achieve peace of mind through strategic estate planning? Our client, a well-regarded boutique law firm, is seeking a talented and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join their growing team.

The Estate Planning Attorney will work closely with clients to develop comprehensive estate plans, draft legal documents, and provide guidance on trust and estate administration and other related matters. The Estate Planning Attorney will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex matters while gaining valuable experience in the estate planning field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review estate planning documents, including but not limited to wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
  • Advise clients on a wide range of estate planning topics such as asset protection, entity formation, charitable giving, and tax planning.
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and other professionals to strategize on complex matters.
  • Represent and provide guidance to clients in trust and estate administration, probate, and related matters.
  • Stay current on laws and trends pertaining to estate and tax planning.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of estate planning and related experience.
  • Strong understanding of estate planning principles and the ability to work independently and in collaboration with attorneys, financial advisors, and other professionals.
  • Collaborative, client-focused approach combined with ability to communicate complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and approachable manner.
  • Exemplary drafting, research, and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • JD and bar admission required
