FINANCIAL ANALYST
* Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
* 2+ years of Accounting experience
* Strong financial modeling experience required
* Industry experience in real estate or private equity is a plus
* Ideal candidate is an expert with financial model creation and interpretation, analyzing and identifying trends, variance analysis, financial reporting, developing forecasting tools, and producing ad-hoc reports as needed
* Confident, dynamic, and analytical self-starter with excellent communication skills
