Experience:

• Be the primary contact for upper management.
• Assist the managing partners and group leaders in addressing employee relations issues.
• Perform annual performance reviews, evaluations and documentation.
• Manage compensation administration.
• Manage employee relations/performance management.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-7 years of experience with the legal industry
• Ability to coach and work with partners
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
• Microsoft Office
