Seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join a growing FinTech company in Kansas City. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will partner with the business on a wide range of sophisticated matters such as:
- Complex commercial transactions/agreements
- Corporate governance
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Capital financing
