OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT COORDINATOR
RESPONSILIBILITIES:
Entering compounding and filling production transactions into SAP on a daily basis in a timely fashion.
Generating orders for purchasing items in accounting software.
Monitoring and responding to inquiries from customer service and sales pertaining to operations and shipments in a timely manner.
Greet and direct visitors to the proper departments
SKILLS:
Strong SAP skills and experience
Ability to maintain excel spreadsheets
Transportation and Inventory experience
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with others in fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
