DESCRIPTION:
OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT COORDINATOR

RESPONSILIBILITIES:
  • Entering compounding and filling production transactions into SAP on a daily basis in a timely fashion.
  • Generating orders for purchasing items in accounting software.
  • Monitoring and responding to inquiries from customer service and sales pertaining to operations and shipments in a timely manner.
  • Greet and direct visitors to the proper departments

 
SKILLS:
  • Strong SAP skills and experience
  • Ability to maintain excel spreadsheets
  • Transportation and Inventory experience
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well with others in fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
